What if I can’t watch it August 9th & 10th?

No worries! All of the sessions will be available for 2 weeks (until August 24th) after the event ends. You just need to register and follow the link in the e-ticket email to access the sessions.

How do I participate?

It’s easy! All you need to do is register using an email address you check regularly and then follow the e-ticket link in the email. This will allow you to watch the sessions as they go live, as well as re-watch them after the event (for up to 2 weeks).

How does a digital conference work?

The first step is to register. Once you’re registered, you’ll receive an e-ticket with a special link to access all the sessions as they go live on August 9th and 10th. Then, on the day of the event, you’ll receive an email with a list of all the sessions airing that day. You can follow an individual session link to view it or go to the website session list.

At the start time for each session, the video will go live and you can watch it! If you visit the session’s page before it’s start time, you will see a countdown to when it launches.

How do I watch the sessions?

All the sessions will play on the What’s Next website, on the individual session pages. You can access the video by following the link to the session from an email, or from the session list on the home page. Once you’re on the specific session page, you will see a video box with either the option to play the session (if it has already started or finished) or a countdown to when it will go live (if it is before the start time).

Can’t find your e-ticket?

Sometimes the ticket email lands in your Spam or Promotions folders. If you haven’t seen your e-ticket email yet, check those folders, as well as your Junk or Updates folders. If you’re still not seeing it, send us an email and we’ll help you out!

Is it really free?

Yes it is! Enjoy!

Can’t find your question?

Send us an email!
